A commission is created the moment your customer pays. After a 14-day hold — our refund window — it becomes ready for payout.
We create a payout as soon as your balance reaches the threshold for your payment method, or on the monthly run, whichever comes first. Money goes to your bank account by SEPA or SWIFT transfer, or to Revolut. Payout currencies are EUR and USD.
With every payout you get a commission statement listing each order. If you issue your own invoice, upload it in the dashboard; otherwise the statement itself serves as the tax document under a self-billing arrangement you confirm at signup.
