How do I get started?

Open Get WorxVPN, enter your e-mail, nickname, username and password, then choose a plan. We do not use auto-renewal. How do I watch Netflix with WorxVPN?

How do I connect from my devices?

macOS: same credentials in the desktop client.

Can I use more than one device?

You may install the client on multiple devices, but only one active VPN session is allowed at a time. Connecting from a second device disconnects the first. From the administration panel you can see the active session, disconnect it, or change your password.

Is the connection safe?

After you connect, traffic between your device and our servers travels in an encrypted tunnel. Observers on the local network cannot read that tunnel contents.

Will the service keep working when other VPNs fail?

Keeping connectivity alive under aggressive filtering is hard. We continuously operate and adjust our own infrastructure for the regions we support. We do not publish every technical countermeasure, because that would make blocking easier.

Can someone detect that I use a VPN?

Do streaming services work?

Many European catalogs (for example Netflix, Amazon Prime or HBO where available there) work while you stay connected. Individual platforms may still restrict VPN traffic at any time.
