admin.worxvpn.net — account management
admin.worxvpn.net is where you manage an existing account: credentials, QR code for the app, expiry, connection tools and extensions.
Sign in
Open admin in a browser and sign in with your account. From the WorxVPN app you can also open management in one tap — the app opens admin and signs you in automatically, so you do not have to type the password again in the browser.
My Credentials
Open My Credentials. There you will find your VPN username(s) and password(s).
- Use Show Password (or the equivalent switch) to reveal the password in the list.
- The same username and password were also sent by e-mail when you registered.
- Enter them in the app under I Already Have Credentials (see Using the WorxVPN app).
QR code for the app
- In My Credentials, click the QR button for the username you want to use.
- Display the QR on screen (or keep it ready on another device).
- In the WorxVPN app choose Scan QR Code and allow camera access if the system asks.
- Point the camera at the QR — the app saves the credentials.
Other useful actions
- Extend — prolong the subscription for any period you choose.
- Fix — repair the connection on our servers if VPN stops working.
- Disconnect — drop active sessions if a device is stuck connected.
