When you submit a valid request, we will:
- deactivate your customer account,
- delete all VPN usernames and passwords,
- remove your nickname, address, and e-mail from the account profile.
What we keep: payment and order records required for legal tax and accounting evidence remain linked to the anonymized account ID. We do not store payment card numbers.
This action cannot be undone. After deletion you will need a new signup to use WorxVPN again.
